I do know when I'll be back again though.
For the next three weeks I'll be in Italy, in Puglia precisely, taking a much needed vacation, eating the nice local food, enjoying the local wine and hopefully relaxing a bit. Il Forno will therefore be on a hiatus during this time. I'll be back on October 1st, with new stories to tell. So stay tuned.

Have a wonderful time, Alberto! We'll miss you at IMBB8 :-( but the sacrifice is for a worthy cause. Three weeks of Italian food. Heaven on earth!! Buon appetito.
