How much do you think it will it cost to enroll? Will you choose, buy and bring the wine for the tastings? I hope this pans out, I'm sure you'd be a really good teacher!

given that people here have a certain disdain for giving out too much money for food/wine I decided to choose wines with an avarage cost of 8 euro per bottle, which would give a cost of ca. 50 euro per person. That cuts out many famous wines but there's plenty of good buys around that price. All considered the cost for the course, wine inclusive, would be around 100-140 Euro pp. for 9 lessons. Maybe if people show an interest I would organise an advanced course picking some slightly more expensive wines.
In the meanwhile I've recieved an answer from the volkshochschule: they're going to consider the course for the final choice of course to go into their next program. Not a yes but a maybe-yes :-).
